Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I send in my photos for custom quilt squares?

A: Provide us your photos digital file from your computer or camera, as an e-mail attachment to sales@travelingdesigns.com.  Or if a hard copy print, scan at a high resolution (300 DPI) and save as a jpg and send that file as the attachment to the email or send the print to us and we will scan it for you and return your print with order.  Please call for address before mailing your prints.

Q: How do I order my custom quilt squares?

A: 1) See photo sending instructions above. 2) Choose your item and include any text you want added. You have complete artistic input in design, colors and layout. 3) Please indicate the finished image size for your print(s) and your seam allowance needed and any special instructions. Please include your phone number with your order, in case we have questions.  

Q: What are your payment options?

A: We offer the convenience of paying thru WIX payment options or with PayPal (sales@travelingdesigns.com) with the Add to Cart Button.  You can use your credit card to pay a Paypal invoice even without a Paypal account and receive tracking for your order. Credit card payments are accepted by calling our office with information.  

Q: What is your printing process?

A:  Our printing process is unlike the water-based inkjet products that are available on the market today. Our direct-to-fabric printing method provides higher quality to prints than those printed on treated cotton. Our images are machine-washable, UV resistant and require no additional treatment, just place the image into your project as with any other quilt square. This is not screen printing and there is no setup fee.

      Processing Time

       The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies but it is usually within 3-5 business days. If you need to confirm, please contact us.

       Returns & Exchanges

    We gladly accept returns and exchanges for stock items only.

     Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

      We do not accept cancellations once personalized items are shipped.

     The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

       Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.  If the order you placed is incorrect and you believe it was a  

 

      result of our production process, Traveling Designs will reprint an order that is due solely to printer error (ghosting, smudges,

 

      photo or text alignment).

      We cannot accept returns for:  

           - Custom or personalized orders

    Conditions of returns

      Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
